I don’t read as much as I used to, but the numbers still do add up over time, as the length of the list above shows! 🙂
Nowadays I spend most of my time working on this darned website rather than reading!
But now I’m developing a sort of play-by-play style, of commenting on the book I’m currently reading!
My impressions of a developing plot may change as I make my way through a book. Or a new character is introduced that is charming and likeable but turns out to be a criminal mastermind! You get those impressions as they happen here.
It’s a lot of fun to write these. I have found that I surely to get to know a book better by going back over it and making sentences about it on the internet 🙂
A note on Spoiler Alerts!
We are used to a book review being really more of a plot teaser than an actual review. If that is the goal, it’s just bad form to spill the beans on how the book ends!
I have simpler goal, to tell you what happens in the book.
If there is a shocking plot twist, I will be sure to tell you about it, because it is shocking!
So be forewarned!
